Health Management Declaration
TOPPAN Logistics Inc. aims to create an environment where each employee can work energetically and in good health, in order to live up to the trust of our customers and contribute to society.
Basic Policy
- We consider physical and mental health to be our number one priority, and actively work on primary prevention (health promotion, disease prevention) and secondary prevention (early detection and early treatment of diseases).
- We create a safe, secure, and comfortable working environment.
- We work with the TOPPAN Group Health Insurance Association to promote health support activities to improve employees' health literacy (the ability to obtain, understand, and use correct information on health and medical care).

In order for labor and management to work together to promote employee safety and mental and physical health, the Safety, Health and Fire Prevention Committee is held regularly, and together with industrial physicians, public health nurses and nurses, we identify health-related problems and consider measures for improvement plans.
